Our revolutionary Instore Collect service has enabled us to offer a much more efficient service for customers who visit our shop in Rochdale. In order to expedite the buying process on our counter sales service, you can now order online in the usual way then, stock permitting, collect your order within hours. We have a dedicated team of pickers & packers for all Instore Collect orders to make the whole process even faster.

We ask that all our Instore Collect customers please follow these steps to help us help you:

• Please await the order confirmation email prior to collection of the parcel. Please bring this order confirmation with you.
• Please bring the credit card used to pay for the transaction.
• Please bring a current form of ID which states your name and cardholder address.
• Orders will only be released to the authorised cardholder and a signature will be required.

As it's difficult to anticipate volumes, the average turnaround time for a Instore Collect order can range from a few minutes to a few hours, but we will always aim to turnaround same day. Please be assured we will process your order with the utmost urgency and we’ll email as soon as it’s ready. We have dedicated members of our Customer Service team to proactively monitor these orders throughout the day and contact any customers who’s orders may be delayed due to stock issues.

Next Day Delivery!

Delivery is next day on orders placed before 3.00pm provided item is in stock. Some products may have a 3-5 day delivery lead time, again depending on stock levels. All items are tracked from our warehouse to your door, please note that a signature will be required upon receipt.
